„BET“ /Body, Experience,Time/
Recent work from Fine 5 Dancetheatre concentrates on five/six dancers with very different backrounds. In performance the situation will happen to all six dancers, they share their own understanding about movement and body-experience, separately and together.
It´s like a game, where everyone BET´s on their own vision and will make individual choices, what the movements and dance means and how it connects to the surrounding space.
The „players” are:
Tiina Ollesk- one of more experienced contemporary dance teachers and choreographers in Estonia (since 1992 with Fine5 DT)
Irina Pähn- exballerina from National Opera, now teacher of classical dance at the Ballet School
Dmitri Kruus - well known as a juggler, but also experienced contemporary dancer (has worked with P.Frenaki and Fine5 DT) in Estonia
Rain Saukas-studying as a graphic designer, has danced with Fine5 for the last three years
Mattias Siitan- the youngest „player”, who is known as a musician and has never danced before.
Idea and choreography: Tiina Ollesk, Rene Nõmmik and all participants
